Agent Nomination Form

How to upload your form online

  1. Go to www.tradesrecognitionaustralia.gov.au
  2. Sign in to your online account via our Online Portal
  3. Select ‘Document Uploads’
  4. Upload the completed form under ‘Additional Evidence’
  5. Check the required boxes and select ‘Submit’
  6. If you have trouble uploading the form, please email the PDF form to traenquiries@dewr.gov.au

When you upload your completed form, it must:

  • be in Portable Document Format (PDF)
  • not be locked or password protected
  • be in full colour and at least 150 Dots Per inch (DPI)
  • not exceed 90 MB in size
  • not have a filename exceeding 180 characters
  • not contain a Tax File Number – please make sure this information is redacted/removed before uploading any documents
  • not include any links to file sharing platforms (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox)
