If you disagree with the outcome of your assessment, you have 28 calendar days from the date you received your outcome to apply for a review. A review of your application will cost an additional fee of $610. Any application for assessment outside the review period will be treated as a new assessment.

If you wish to apply for a new Migration Skills Assessment after an unsuccessful outcome, you will need to lodge a new application and resubmit all evidence. Any new application will require the $795 application fee.
