The Office of the Migration Agents Registration (OMARA) have recently produced a Consumer Guide. The Consumer Guide contains important information such as how to choose a registered migration agent, the Code of Conduct which must be adhered to and contact information if the applicant is experiencing any concerns or issues.
The Consumer Guide is available on the OMARA website and has been translated into 35 different languages.
